I always have a great experience when I go in there, the girls are wonderful they're upbeat And always smiling. I go to her because I need more than just regular eye care I have a medical problem with my eyes and she sent me to a retinal specialist and between the 2 of them they keep very good Care of my eyes.

I've not been to your office. I'm not sure how I left this review for West Shore Eye Care. I meant it for Dr Riemer Eye Care. My apoplogies.
(There wasn't a way to respond to your answer so I'm adding it to my first review). Original Review: Yesterday a message was left from their office that I am Overdue for my yearly exam. Because their Ludington office structure is so open, I don't plan on making an appointment at that office (the entry and waiting rooms are too open and there is an echo).

The lady that answers the phone is rude and very unknowlegable. Call to set up an appointment and was told exam would be between $10-$95. Actually exam was $195. She said that's the price and offered no explanation. Wife got the same contact lens exam at Reimer for $10 with the exact same insurance.
