I waited to review after visiting a few times. Definitely recommend Dr.Hein! He is attentive and I've never felt rushed by him. He will ask quite a few times, "Is there anything else we need to address" and "Do you have any questions " I also love the fact that he allows my 8 year old to guide the answers when he asks questions. He takes the time to hear her out, I LOVE that!

I was a little anxious about the first visit and how it might go but my daughter said it was fun. The staff here was so incredibly friendly and helpful and they have their process down to eat clockwork in the sense that they have one set of clients at a time. One set in their appointment, only one set waiting, you may pass each other on the way in or out but there is hand sanitizer and everyone is wearing masks. We were in and out with a brand new prescription in less than an hour. I was very impressed.
