We began in 1979 as a company that focused on fusion bond epoxy coating on rebar, and we eventually added a second on line epoxy rebar coating process to meet the growing demand for our services.

Coatings can be applied to parts up to 2 feet wide by 7 feet high by 84 feet long for polyester, and 3 feet wide by 9 feet high and 110 feet long for green epoxy. Maximum part weight of 9 tons can be accommodated. Three blast machines using steel grit capable of cleaning steel parts to a near white finish (SSPC 5,7, & 10).

All powder coat lines include blast machines which use steel grit to clean parts prior to coating application. We also have a 5-stage pretreatment system which applies chemical cleaning and sealing. All coating booths are capable of automatic and manual powder application. As part of our Quality Control Department we have an in-house lab which conducts adhesion (foil test), cathodic disbondment, impact, and other performance tests.
