Our production facility, complete with a large taproom, is located in Upper Marlboro, a few miles south of Route 50 between DC and Annapolis. Calvert also assists other breweries in their growth through their contract brewing program, allowing start ups and established breweries alike to utilize Calvert's equipment and expertise to further their own dream of brewing excellent beer.

Stretching over 28,000 square feet, the Calvert Brewing Company Production Brewery is a force to be reckoned with. We are one of 10 breweries in the world to utilize the American-made IDD mash filtration system. These systems allow us to brew more quickly and efficiently, using as much as 20% less grain and almost a third less water.

Our Contract Brewing program enables other brewers and breweries to use our state-of-the-art brewing system and canning line as they grow. We have helped breweries across the state and across the nation get their start or expand their current operation when they start busting at the seams. Calvert Brewing is one of just a few breweries in the world to utilize the American-made IDD mash filtration system.
