Manual Physical Therapy
Our manual therapy techniques address musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction through skilled hands-on interventions. Certified therapists use joint mobilizations, soft tissue manipulation, and neuromuscular techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain. This evidence-based approach effectively treats chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and sports injuries by restoring natural movement patterns and addressing tissue restrictions.
Dry Needling
Specialized dry needling targets muscle trigger points causing pain and restricted movement. This technique effectively treats chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and postural imbalances by releasing tight muscle bands and improving blood flow. Patients experience reduced pain and improved range of motion through this scientifically validated treatment administered by certified practitioners.
Vertigo Treatment
Our vestibular rehabilitation program addresses balance disorders and vertigo through specialized manual techniques and exercises. Certified therapists use Epley maneuvers, gaze stabilization drills, and balance training to resolve inner ear dysfunction. Patients report significant symptom reduction in dizziness and improved functional balance through this targeted, evidence-based approach.
Sports Injury Rehab
Comprehensive sports rehabilitation combines injury-specific protocols with functional movement training. We treat ligament tears, tendonitis, and acute sports trauma using progressive strengthening, proprioception drills, and sport-specific conditioning. Our goal-oriented programs accelerate recovery while preventing re-injury through biomechanical analysis and performance enhancement techniques.
Pelvic Health Therapy
Specialized pelvic floor therapy addresses urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery through targeted interventions. Certified therapists use biofeedback, manual techniques, and individualized exercise programs to restore pelvic floor function. This discreet, effective treatment improves quality of life for patients experiencing pelvic health challenges through evidence-based, compassionate care.

I highly recommend them. They are very supportive through your exercises. Everyone is very nice and really want to help you recover from your injury. I was there for 3 months while attending Texas State University and they worked around my schedule. Overall, I received great care.

I found limitless physical therapy through a random google search after I fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle, and I am so grateful I did! Previous to starting with limitless, I had gone 6 months without seeing a physical therapist for my injury, so during that time I was in a lot of pain and the swelling never seemed to reduce. Once I started with limitless within the first month and a half the swelling and pain had completely gone down! Now that I am done with all of my sessions, my ankle has gotten so much stronger and I can finally enjoy being active again! Very grateful for this friendly

I have been coming to Limitless for the past six months both as an observer and as a patient. In all honesty, I can say my experience at Limitless has been better than any other physical therapy clinic I have been to. Robert truly cares for his patients and offers a full scope of therapy, leaving no stone unturned in the rehab process. I dealt with nagging knee tendinitis for months, and was not getting better at all until I came to Limitless. Julio, the mainstay tech, is an awesome guy, and made my experience at Limitless even better. Cant recommend this clinic enough!

Between June 8, 2021 and August 24, 2021 I had 6 surgical biopsies , a full hysterectomy, and a bilateral mastectomy. After my mastectomy, I tried watching some videos for exercises to improve my range of motion and start trying to get my strength back . It became very clear to me that videos would not be enough. Without someone watching my form, I quickly started to compensate when anything was difficult. It was impossible to monitor myself. It was also hard to know if I was doing more harm than good by doing an exercise incorrectly . At the time I started with Limitless, I couldn't lift my arms
