Today, we offer a full range of integrated care solutions including in-home companion care, nursing care, and care management.

Home care is typically paid for privately, or through a pre-existing long-term care insurance policy. If a long-term care insurance policy is activated, we will submit the 'plan of care' to the insurance company and make sure you get reimbursed for the care services. While Medicare reimburses for some outpatient therapies, it does not cover non-medical home care.

Our Care Managers begin by conducting either a free Home Care Assessment or Care Management Phone Consultation. Home Care Assessments can be provided in homes, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, etc. After the assessment, your dedicated Care Manager will develop a customized Home Care and/or Care Management plan.
