On site lab testing such as: rapid strep, rapid influenza, rapid mono, urinalysis, hemoglobin, lipid panel, and blood glucose. Triage nurses available during office hours to answer all of your questions quickly and effectively. To schedule an appointment for your child, contact Crown Colony Pediatrics at (617) 471-3411.

Unless you have a life threatening emergency, do not take your child to a hospital or clinic without calling us first. One of the doctors is always available to talk with you. Remember if you are sent to the emergency room by one of the physicians, then please call the office the following business day so we may take care of any referrals required by your insurance company.

Phones are answered 15 min prior to opening M-F, 30 min on Weekends & turned over to our answering service 30 min prior to closing. In the case of illness, we always see a sick child. We do our best to schedule the appointments at reasonable intervals, so that everyone can be seen. We also try to keep your waiting room time to a minimum.

Please be sure to bring your child's insurance card with you each time you visit the office. Insurance is an arrangement between an individual and an insurance company (and sometimes an employer) to help pay the cost of medical care. Each plan has individual limitations as to what it specifically covers.
