Services
Medication Management
Our comprehensive medication management program addresses chronic pain through carefully monitored opioid and non-opioid analgesic regimens. Board-certified physicians develop individualized treatment plans that balance pain relief with safety considerations. This service integrates with other therapies to optimize outcomes while minimizing dependency risks.
Radiofrequency Ablation
This minimally invasive procedure uses heat to disrupt pain signal transmission through targeted nerves. Our specialists employ advanced imaging guidance to treat chronic back, neck, and joint pain with precision. Patients often experience extended relief lasting several months to a year.
Neuromodulation
Our neuromodulation therapies use implantable devices to alter pain signal processing in the nervous system. Spinal cord stimulators and peripheral nerve stimulators provide targeted relief for complex pain conditions. This service offers programmable, adjustable pain control options for long-term management.
Intrathecal Pain Pump
This advanced treatment delivers medication directly to the spinal fluid through a surgically implanted pump. We specialize in managing severe chronic pain from cancer, failed back surgery syndrome, or complex regional pain syndrome. The system allows precise dosing with reduced systemic side effects.
Behavioral Health Program
Our integrated behavioral health services address the psychological aspects of chronic pain. Certified specialists provide cognitive behavioral therapy, stress management techniques, and coping strategies to complement medical treatments. This holistic approach improves overall treatment outcomes and patient well-being.

I was referred to this clinic by my primary physician for chronic neuropathic pain in my lower back and legs. I have been taking steroid dose packs for over two years in order to push through the pain. The problem with that approach is the weight gain from taking steroids, the insomnia I experience, and the short amount of lasting pain relief I have after I stop taking them. I spoke with Dr. Rosenberg during my 1st appointment and I was surprised at the amount of time he took talking to me about different options. He listened as I described the qualities of the pain that I experience and seemed

I really like Dr. Rosenberg. He has a GREAT personality (bedside manner) and makes me feel at ease as does the nursing team. Sadly, I am still in quite a bit of pain as the injections only helped in the short term. The PA prescribed a muscle relaxer and said that he didn't understand why my back still hurts as much as it does.... at this point I have given up hope for relief - I have been living with this pain for nearly 20 years and it's only getting worse ....I just wish my pain could have been helped.

This place is a factory, if you fit like a cog in the machine, theyll be great for you, but if youre a tiny bit of trouble, they gaslight you until you comply with their rules. Technically I was cared for, but with no quality of life. I was in so much pain my son had to move in with my parents for a year. I switched clinics and after some hard work, procedures, and proper pain control, my darling son is home. I hope if you come here, you get better treatment than I did.

Havent been there yet but they directed me to a website that got personal information from me and access to my phone, then, when I contacted their offices, they told me Oh, we dont use them any more. This is the most incompetent, amateurish first contact I have ever had with a health care provider. If my doctor, who I have a great deal of faith in, had not strongly recommended them Ild cancel my appointment and go somewhere else. I will give them a chance, but they are definitely starting out with a very bad impression.
