Sometimes it's difficult to seek help, even when we know that the rewards can be immense. Most of the above challenges stem from the need to tend to the soul, which is ultimately about learning to love and be loved, exploring meaning and cultivating respect for mystery. Soul tending is about relinquishing the stuck places in your life so that you can experience a sense of renewal and revitalize your relationship with yourself and others.
