We had a great experience having our alarm system installed by Pacific Alarms in Seaside. They were prompt, professional and left us feeling secure about how to use our new system. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly and we really appreciated the extra effort they put into making sure the system was exactly how we wanted it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Talked to one of the owners(female). Horrible connection trying to talk with her. She told me Pacific Alarm Systems doesn't monitor our alarm. I have a Lo Bat reading that she wants to charge me at least $150 to send a technician. I asked to speak to someone else. She said, "I'm one of the owners!" -- horribly unprofessional. She threatened to call the police and remove the sign and stickers. Still waiting for the police.
