In the beginning, I was hands-on, being the sole technician in the field, while my wife Belinda took charge of all the office duties and responsibilities. If you are looking for a business that is honest and trustworthy then this is not the business for you. Granted yes the work that was done was done well, but when it came down to going through the estimate invoice large charges that were not completed were still charged. I dunno maybe I'm crazy but you should only charge your customers for the product and services that were complete. That is what makes you a good business when you put your customers first. Even when brought up it was such a struggle to get the charges corrected. I urge everyone to read line by line and make sure you are paying

This company is top notch! We were getting ready to sell our house and had just found out that we had a surprise water and moldy issue in our crawlspace. Timeliness and qualifications of the right service company were going to be critical. Fortunately, we found NWA Restore-It. After only 2 years in our custom built home, it was time to have our carpets cleaned. We soon discovered our little dog had “marked” ALL over the house (wasn’t visible.) Called NWA Restore It upon recommendation. They were priced well, very thorough with their prep and cleaning and wonderful to work with. Very nice people but that is where it ends. Painters broke my storm door and left paint all over my kitchen sink and cement outside. The person who started our project left the company and no one contacted me. The project did not pick up until after i called them wondering why there was such a long delay. They tried to charge me for things they did not do. Because they did not bother to give me an estimate for another large job we are currently on we have gone to other providers to get estimates. We will never use them again and will advise State Farm of our issues.

Coming from an insurance point of view, we definitely recommend NWA Restore It to all of our customers. We know that our customers will be in good hands! We usually have them send someone out to our insured's home that way they know if a claim is necessary or not. No need to file a claim if it wont be covered or if the damage does not meet your deductible. Like the company I work for, NWA Restore It is always looking out for your best interest. Our insurance company had us use them. They came the next day and placed fans for the water damage. They gave us a plan to get things fixed. And that right there was where the good service ended. It took them over 2 months to move forward. The tile people never sealed our tile, the painters spilled paint and got it on our carpet, to add to this they did a terrible job. My five year old could have done a better job. The plumbing company that they sent was great and zero problems with them. Bob was a joke! He told us numerous lies and never completed a job. We just gave up trying to get the job done

I went on vacation and came home to a flooded house. I walked thru the door and there was 3" of water. I called and got an answer on a Sunday. Within 45 minutes they showed up at my house to start the water removal. Jeff and Bill were so wonderful to work with! They explained every step of the process and followed through. My house was dried up and no mold was ever found which was my main concern as I have children with allergies. They worked with my insurance company and even my mortgage company when my insurance put them on the check. They made every step easy in a difficult situation. I
