Roof Installations
Our roof installation service delivers durable, code-compliant systems using premium cedar shakes, composition shingles, and concrete tiles. Each project includes ice and water shield valleys, ridge vents, and metal flashings for complete protection. Our experienced crews complete installations in 3-5 days while maintaining property cleanliness with magnetic nail sweepers.
Gutter Installation
We provide seamless aluminum gutter systems with baked enamel finishes to protect foundations from water damage. Our installations feature on-site formed gutters, professional corner cuts, and 6-inch profiles with 4-inch downspouts. Regular maintenance prevents mold growth and structural issues caused by clogged drainage systems.
Roof Inspections
Professional roof inspections identify potential issues with shingles, flashing, and underlayment before they become major problems. Our evaluations check for storm damage, moss growth, and structural integrity concerns. Regular inspections help maintain roof longevity and prevent costly emergency repairs.
Roof Repairs
We address all types of roof damage including missing shingles, leaks, and storm-related issues. Our repair process includes replacing damaged underlayment, resealing roof projections, and restoring proper drainage. Timely repairs prevent further structural deterioration and interior water damage.
Skylight Installation
Professional skylight and sun tunnel installations enhance natural lighting while maintaining roof integrity. We ensure proper flashing and sealing around all penetrations to prevent water infiltration. Our installations balance energy efficiency with improved interior illumination for residential spaces.

From the estimate forward, I found working with the owner, John Mortensen, to be easy and professional. His bid was clearly the best I received. His crew, especially the supervisor, Humberto were skilled, professional, friendly, and helpful. Humbertos entire attitude was we will make it right. The crew thoroughly cleaned the premises at the end of each day. The roof looks great, and the repair work they had to do (replacing a 35 year old roof) was done quickly and, again, professionally. Im not prone to writing glowing reviews, but I was, quite frankly, thoroughly impressed. Roof replacement

Mortensen Roofing has repaired my old flat top roof and installed new gutters. He is prompt and very friendly. Will work with any schedule you have and is always able to fix problems. We had a drain problem with the roof and his idea to correct the problem has worked great...especially with some of these heavy rains. John is the best!!!
