Sorry fork lift operator. You were busy. But.... You were loading 3 trailers AT THE SAME TIME!
F.A.I.L. 1 pallet for me. 1 pallet for western express. 1 pallet for swift. And again over and over. Wasted 10hrs in dock. You need to do 1 truck at a time!!!

Check in time 5:30pm , check out the second day 1:30 am. appointment is nothing , they are just have a waiting line for you outside ,almost 2 hours per truck to move in to the gate, also the broker from DCL named Kelly , only contact through email , horrible person to work with , after 8 hours waiting for load , I trying to get the detention fee from her , over 10 emails in 3 days after PU till delivered the load, she just hiding , pretended she never existed, no answer phone no reply emails , nothing . hopefully one day when she is in danger then everyone will ignore her also.

Very slow loading place, it took me 4 hours to get loaded from this place after the appointment . Check in 12:40 pm left 5:00pm .
