Dr. Carson just wanted to give me some meds and get me out of the door. Shes super nice, but was not interested in figuring out what was actually wrong. Kept scheduling appointments but didnt look at any of my charts beforehand, read the wrong test results, and didnt request testing on time. She went on vacation and didnt cancel my appointment so I just showed up and they rescheduled me for the middle of the work day. Went to finally get my blood tests but shes forgotten to send the request & left for the day.

I have left voicemails for Dr. Parks nurse recommendation for COVID vaccines. They have not returned my calls - been more than a week now! This is not the first time. I have had my iud issues and called the nurse, left voicemail but never heard anything back from anyone! This place is a joke. Will not return!

Would recommend this place to anyone! Loved Dr. Robin Carson!! Every time i went i got an ultrasound except for the first time, she was very imformative, respectful, polite, made sure that everything was ok with me and my daughter ( had complications) her assistant was awesome and front desk ladies!! If anyone is looking for an Obgyn doctor would highly recommend this place!!

Dr. Parks is an amazing doctor! She's caring, informational, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. I'm glad I chose her as my doctor to care for me during my pregnancy. I definitely see she enjoys what she does!

Not only have I driven up here TWICE (an hour drive for me) they have turned me away both times after having an appointment for weeks because of an insurance problem that didnt even exist when I called. The girl up front was freaking rude and wouldnt even look at me when I was trying to speak with her and she was extremely rude. I loved using Dr Carson with my other pregnancies, but sadly I wont be back to this place and will be finding a completely different OB because this has been a horrible experience, twice now.

I was disappointed with my recent experience here. Unfortunately, the COVID precautions are subpar for a medical professional office. Most of the staff were wearing their masks below their nose or chin only pulling them up to speak to patients. While their is a sign suggesting social distancing and warning about symptoms of COVID, the office isn't following through with either. I find this surprising considering pregnant women are listed as high-risk by the CDC. In addition, I had to make two appointments before I could meet with the doctor. I wish the staff would have informed me about this prior

Dr. Parks is phenomenal! Out of my three pregnancies/deliveries, my experience with my third and last baby was exceptional because of Dr. Parks. She is genuinely caring and always takes the time to answer/explain any questions and concerns. Her office staff is also great! Highly recommend to all moms!
