Dr Flora Freeauf is an amazing eastern medicine and acupuncture healer. Her treatments have been wonderful, and leave a lasting change in my entire well-being. Floras knowledge and depth is apparent, and she truly seeks to heal the entire person. Her self-made salves and tinctures blend eastern and island herbs and wisdom. Her acupuncture embodies the deep care she holds for her practice. I would highly recommend Dr Freeauf if you are looking for a grounded, genuine, effective, and wholistic treatment. I have seen Flora a few times now and always walk away feeling it was money well spent! She really seems to know what shes doing. She helped me immensely with hip discomfort towards the end of my pregnancy and even came over as I went into labor to help with any aches and pains and move things along more quickly (which they absolutely did!). Shes always friendly and on time. Id definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great acupuncturist!

Actually, this is Jim Laubacher. This came up on the wife's account. This was my first acupuncture experience and there may be something to it. My shoulders and neck still feel pretty good. If I ever return to Kuaii, I'll probably try it again. Doc Flora seems to have done a good job. Thanks.

As a fellow practitioner of Chinese Medicine (not currently licensed) I can say with confidence that Flora is highly skilled at her craft. Her diagnosis is swift and spot on, her needling is direct and precise, and her knowledge of herbal medicine is vast and varied. Her skill coupled with a relaxing presence and refined bedside manner makes for a well rounded experience. While I was only able to see her once while on a vacation, her treatment and lifestyle advice has had a lasting affect on my life. If I lived in Kauai I would see her regularly.

I had been dealing with radiating/spasming shoulder pain for almost half a year. I came to Flora knowing nothing about acupuncture and scared to death of needles, but desperate to try and relieve some of the pain I was having. I am here to say Flora is absolutely remarkable! In just 3 sessions she completely got rid of all pain and spasms. It's been about 1 month and I am still pain free! She made sure I was comfortable, patiently answered all my questions and shared a vast amount of knowledge. I am so grateful to have met Flora and hope to visit again soon!
