Services
Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation
Closed cell spray foam insulation is a premium liquid foam product applied in place that expands to fill gaps, creating an effective air barrier. Its high density delivers superior R-value per inch compared to fiberglass, making it ideal for tight spaces. This solution enhances energy efficiency while providing structural reinforcement and moisture resistance.
Fiberglass Batt Insulation
Fiberglass batt insulation offers a widely used, cost-effective solution for unfinished walls, floors, and ceilings. Pre-cut to standard dimensions, it installs easily between studs and joists. Available with vapor barrier facings, this insulation improves thermal performance and reduces energy costs in both new and existing constructions.
Insulation Removal
We remove damaged or contaminated insulation caused by moisture, smoke, or pests using high-powered vacuums. This process ensures a clean, safe foundation for new insulation installation. Our team handles disposal properly while adhering to safety protocols, restoring optimal performance to compromised spaces.
Air Leakage Testing
Our certified technicians conduct air leakage testing using specialized equipment to measure enclosure and HVAC system efficiency. This data documents compliance with building codes and identifies areas for improvement, helping clients achieve energy savings and regulatory approval.
Intumescent Coating
Intumescent coatings are applied to exposed spray foam for passive fire protection. When heated, the coating expands to form an insulating barrier, slowing flame spread. This solution meets safety standards while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity in commercial and residential settings.

We contacted Brelsford through their online portal and got a response very quickly. David Brelsford came to our home to survey the scope of our project, offer helpful advice, and prepare a quote for us. Within just a few days of contacting the company we had our quote in hand and were scheduling to have the work done, which was completed within two weeks of our initial contact with the company. Our project involved spray foam insulation in a cathedral ceiling and in the floor below a crawl space. Both sort of tricky to get to and not at all suitable for normal batt insulation. The crew that came

We were looking to add extra insulation to our attic and contacted Brelsford for a quote. Got a quick response and they came out to inspect the attic and gave me a run down on what they suggested.
Was happy with the quote and they were able to work with me on a time. Overall was very pleased, whole process was quick, professional and well worth my money.
