Questions

Why should I choose a professional-grade garage door opener?

Professional models use durable metal components and solid steel rails, offering longer lifespan and reliability. They include manufacturer warranties and our company's 1-year warranty for added protection.

Should I replace both garage door springs if one breaks?

For extension springs, replace both to maintain balance. Torsion springs can be replaced individually, but replacing both ensures consistent performance and avoids future issues.

What causes a garage door opener to hum?

A humming sound usually indicates a worn drive gear. This common issue requires replacement of the gear assembly or the opener itself if it's older than 12-15 years.

Do you service all garage door brands?

Yes, we service and repair all brands of garage doors and openers, providing honest recommendations for repairs or replacements based on your specific needs.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Hickory, Lenoir, Morganton, and surrounding areas in North Carolina, offering installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients.

Great local company! The lady I spoke to when I ordered my door was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation team was punctual and took their time explaining how each part functioned and told to me how I could determine if a part needed servicing. I would refer ADAM Door with confidence.
