Our area of speciality, however, is working with school age children, teens, young adults and their families who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mood issues such as ADD / ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Anger Management, Grief and Adjustments to life changes and stress.Parents will benefit by learning more effective parenting skills and ways to communicate with their children.

I opened About You Counseling & Coaching, LLC in 2013 when I moved from Boston to Amelia Island to be closer to my family. Born and raised in New Jersey, I graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 1997 and earned a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University in New York City.
