Our company has been working with Encompass for about a year now. We gave them quite the challenge when we brought them in to clean up another firms mess. Simply put, they did not disappoint. Shawn, Jimmy and the rest of the crew have been top notch from day one. We had them clean and organize our IT closet, establish new VPN for remote work, and integrate our new VOIP system. Every request has been met with complete professionalism and we are very satisfied with our choice of Encompass. Another main strength that we appreciate is the ability to explain to anyone in our office what is going on
