I was told that someone would be out at 3, no show. I called around 3:30 ,I was told by a female said" he came and called, but no answer". I been home since 2:30 and no one called or came by. She then said she will call the other tech

Come on, complete computers. I live in the city limits of Batesville, and have no internet. Again. I could throw a rock and hit GE Aviation, Parker Hannafin, Tractor supply, The hospital, Walmart and lowes. They all have high speed internet. Why can't we? We are paying a premium for poor performance .... please try to do better. I'm sure I'm not the only person feeling this way...
