Atlas Chrome plating, Polishing and powder coating is located in Houston Texas. The original name of the company was B&B Plating which was changed to Atlas Plating in 1988. Atlas Plating was the first company in Houston which started chroming Aluminium motorcycle wheels in early 90s. Atlas Plating is specialized in plating Aluminium and pot metal.

As a custom job shop Atlas Plating has a wide range of customers and projects. Although our main line of business is car and motorcycle parts, We have been involve in numerous industrial and architectural projects. Atlas plating offers different finishes for architectural projects. If you have a sample please send it in for evaluation We are capable of creating similar effects.
Stripping
Report
Atlas Chrome Plating uses different processes for striping the old plating. We can de-plate the parts which are covered by Chrome, Nickel, Copper, Brass, Gold, etc. without damaging the base metal. We also strip paint off the parts. If you have a cracked or broken wheel it has to be stripped first before any welding.

For cost of Powder Coating, Color Chrome or Polishing you can contact us directly. In general never sand blast Aluminum parts before shipping them, we do all the stripping with Aluminum safe strippers.
