Founded as Chisago County's first estate winery in 1995, WineHaven has become a cornerstone of Minnesota winemaking, producing highly acclaimed wines that capture the distinctive flavors of its vineyards and region. The Peterson family represents four generations of stewardship to the land and five distinct vineyards in the Chisago Lakes Area.

WineHaven was founded in 1995 by Kevin and Cheri Peterson, along with their sons Kyle and Troy. Cheri coordinates WineHaven's special events and Troy is the winery's tasting room manager. Kevin and Kyle Peterson are WineHaven's father-and-son winemaking team. Together, they have received more than 200 awards for winemaking excellence at New York and California wine competitions since the family opened WineHaven in 1995.

Enjoy the program that rewards Winehaven fans with convenience and special access to our member only events throughout the year. Our membership consists of four automatic shipments of 6 bottles of wine throughout the year for $90* per shipment. Wines are personally selected by our winemaker and include previous vintages and limited production wines.
