Lori Goldstein, owner of Organic Roots Eco Salon, began her career in the salon industry more than 30 years ago. Starting cosmetology courses in high school, Lori would go on to own her own salon at the age of 24. She left her former Skokie-based salon to pursue a Bachelor's degree, but returned to the salon business in 2013 to pursue her passion.
