Our office is located in the Republic Plaza building with Willamette Dental's Office across the street from St. Vinny's on Pacific Boulevard. We primarily serve Linn, Lane, Benton and Marion Counties. Our mission objective is to provide fast, efficient and professional service while assisting our clients in resolving very difficult situations with the least amount of cost and as painlessly as possible.

I was born in Victoria, BC, Canada and came to Oregon in 1963. I graduated from Junction City, High School in 1970 and attended, and received both my Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History and my Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon.

I spent four years as a Captain in the Air Force as a Judge Advocate serving in Texas and then in Turkey, practicing as a prosecutor, contract and claims administrator and in Turkey in international law and disputes resolution.I have enjoyed Albany having married and settled down here after separating from the Air Force and have had my own practice for almost forty years.
