I'm sad this facility let go the good staff! Because they don't want to pay to the good ones! Our relatives deserve a good care!!! There's people who just want their check, but dont care about the patients!!

I thought this facility was going to the one to help my mother but after 2 years i see different. The staff at station 3 are the worst cause they pay no attention to their patients. I hope they get right soon. I got to bring moms home because of the filth and rudeness.

They have taken really good care of my Mother for almost a year. They call me immediately with any changes, have great recommendations, and I can see the comfort they bring my mom. Every nurse or CNA I've dealt with has been professional, caring, and honestly did their best to care for my loved one. As another reviewer mentioned, it looks "under construction" there are ceiling panels missing because they're sealing the roof against leaks. No big deal. Doesn't affect the care. I'm very happy with Park Avenue

Wow, staff do go above and beyond, despite the place looking like it is (under construction). My father only stayed there for about 2 weeks. Rehab department and nursing staff were very nice. The two gentlemen in the front office, Kenny and especially John (some people called him JV depending on what he is doing that day I guess- he wears scrubs one day, but wear a button up shirt and a tie for the most part) them two are just as wonderful as the other other staff. Will bring my father there again if he ever needs a nursing home again.
