We will never see another dentist. My kids were seen on Friday and I had concerns that evening and Dr Karen talked me through it. I still had some concerns Saturday and talked with Josh and he laid my fears to rest and neither time did either of them make me feel like I was a bother. They listened to me heard my concerns and gave me tips for my son.

Infant and Toddler First Time Visit

Have you scheduled your child's first dental visit? At Coppell Pediatric Dentistry, we are committed to offering outstanding preventative care to our young patients. We are all about ensuring your child enjoys healthy smiles into adulthood and beyond. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommends scheduling the first dental visit within six months of the arrival of the first tooth, and no later than your toddler's first birthday.
Dental Care for Infants

During your child's first visits until they turn 3 years of age, Dr. Karen will evaluate the teeth that are coming in and their mouth. A quick exam and gentle cleaning and discuss how to care of your child's teeth. Helpful tips and recommendations will be given: cleaning their gums with a wet wash cloth after their feedings and once their teeth are coming in brush their teeth with a wet tooth brush only.
