Premier Military Adventure Camp in Kentucky
Camp Sousley stands as a premier military adventure camp dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders through immersive, real-world training experiences. Founded on the legacy of Franklin Sousley, a native of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, and Iwo Jima flag raiser, our programs are designed to instill mental stamina, leadership, self-discipline, and self-reliance in youth aged 12-18. Our courses, developed and taught by former Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, and law enforcement professionals, mirror actual military training from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and private security sectors. We offer a 52-acre standalone facility operating year-round, providing two-week foundational programs like Basic Cadet Training alongside specialized courses in airborne jumps, sniper tactics, and combat medic skills. For corporate clients, we design custom team-building retreats that foster leadership and collaboration through high-intensity scenarios. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we maintain strict safety protocols with 24/7 staffing and surveillance while ensuring participants gain practical skills applicable to military, defense, or security careers worldwide. Our unique curriculum includes high school credit opportunities in physical education and leadership, and we serve over a dozen countries with globally recognized training standards. With a focus on mental and physical development, we prepare cadets for the realities of military service while maintaining no affiliation with any branch of the armed forces.
