About
Report
We don't put you in a box. We look at therapy as an individualized process that can help you learn more about yourself and work through issues that may be holding you back. While there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to seeing a therapist, we believe that the ultimate goal is for you to see results.
Our Approach
Report
While there are a multitude of different types of therapy modalities and interventions, there is one aspect that should hold true across the spectrum. We're talking about achieving results. Our focus isn't on just giving you a space to talk; our focus is on helping you figure out the next step, learn the next tool, or develop the new insight that will help you get to where you'd like to be.
Services
Report
Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length. The first session usually consists of a general intake where we gather background information and discuss potential goals for therapy. People come to us for anxiety counseling, depression counseling, addiction counseling, trauma counseling, grief counseling, stress management concerns and life transitions.
Faq
Report
We offer counseling and therapy services to adults, adolescents and children with social anxiety, depression, addiction issues, stress management concerns and trauma. We also see clients who don't have any formal diagnosis as we believe that anybody looking to learn more about themselves and grow can benefit from seeing a therapist.
