Pediatric & Adolescent Eye Care

Both Dr. Zilnicki & Dr. Licausi are InfantSEE providers. Under this program participating optometrists provide a comprehensive infant eye assessment between 6 and 12 months of age as a no-cost public service. The American Optometric Association recommends scheduling your baby's first eye assessment at 6 months of age, even if there are no apparent concerns.

Our comprehensive eye exam goes beyond 20/20, learning how our patients use their eyes to gather, process and integrate their vision. A vision therapy examination looks at three main areas of visual function that are necessary for clear and comfortable vision. These areas include: binocularity (eye teaming), accommodation (eye focusing) and visual perception (eye tracking, visual memory, speed and processing).
