*DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY* Horrible people.
They will not refund my trip for the month of May. I lost my job because of COVID-19, much like many americans. Yet these people want to keep my money. I would NEVER rent from such TERRIBLE people again. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they are keeping people's money during a pandemic. SHAME ON YOU Harborview. SHAME ON YOU!!!

I rented 1650 Galleon Ct. in 2013 and loved it. So when I decided to return to Marco Island, I didn't even shop around. I decided to rent through Harborview again and return to the same home. My family and I were very excited for this trip.
Upon arrival, many bulbs were missing or not working in the lights and the house did not appear to be in as good of condition as the last time I rented. The master bath toilet had to be plunged by me so it could be used, the hand mixer did not work, one of the TV cable boxes did not work, and the whisk in the kitchen was ruined. Disappointing but

My parents have rented for the past few years the same condo through Harborview Realty. They always had a pleasant experience and enjoyed staying in the same familiar unit. This year; however, they were not informed by, Steve Pahr- the realty manager, the unit was already rented for 2019. When my Mother called on Feb 15th 2018 to inquire about renting for next year the receptionist informed her the unit was rented. Surprised-as the agent had always been on top of communicating with my parents. My Mother asked to speak to said agent and was on hold for 20 minutes. She asked the receptionist to
