Poor Professionalism, Poor Responsiveness
The job was to redo a homeowner-installed drip irrigation system and replace micro-sprinklers with pop-up sprayers. Waited weeks before Michelle responded to our website request. Spent another several weeks getting to a final proposal. Accepted proposal and put down 50% deposit. Today they came, without calling first, dug around a for 15 minutes and said that the supply lines in the ground could not support the work they had proposed.
