Roman & Leo orders ship via USPS First Class and Priority. Once your order has been received, we aim to ship your package the same business day during our store hours Tuesday - Saturday. Once the package has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Roman & Leo is not responsible for a package once the package has been marked as delivered via tracking, unless insurance was purchased by selecting Priority Shipping $8.
