I dont usually like to leave reviews. But I feel others have to know. I had the regenexx injections with them, whom at first did seem very helpful as though they cared about my well being. However, I met with the Doctor on FaceTime for my initial visit( was not until after I was at the office that they told me the doctor couldnt make it..) so she couldnt even do a thorough exam on me. They only give you solutions that are either injections or medications. I had to be my own advocate and ask to be referred to Physical therapy.

I have been a patient of Columbia Pain Management since June 2019 for multiple conditions. The staff are always courteous, kind & professional. The facilities have easy access which I appreciate since my disability doesnt allow me to walk too far. The physicians always greet me with a friendly smile and genuinely care for my well being. I highly recommend Columbia Pain Management if you have chronic pain. There are many options of service available to help give you a better quality of life.

I have been getting epidural injections from various providers for several years now to alleviate residual pain following a laminectomy. The kind and professional care at Columbia Pain Management in Hood River has been exceptional and the subsequent pain relief is the best I have ever received.

I have been a patient at Columbia Pain Management since the spring of 2020. Throughout this time, I have received injections in my back as well as in my arm, in addition to managed care for the back surgery that was inevitable and soon followed in July 2020. While I have mainly seen Dr. Vishal Khemlani (who is an excellent, compassionate and highly knowledge doctor), I have also been seen by Dr. Russo -- who is also just as equally wonderful as Dr. Khemlani. Note** CPM will not freely "hand out" narcotic pain medication and will only prescribe them if there is a very serious issue. And

I saw Dr Khemlani to continue treatment for chronic neck and SI pain I had begun with another doctor. Unfortunately, my prior doctor left the state and I had to find a new doctor. Dr Khemlani came highly recommended by my old doctor as well as my primary care physician, both of whom I respect immensely. Dr Khemlani was friendly, listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and was quite informative about my treatment options. He exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I decided to give him a try. I know I am in good hands here. Sometimes the front desk gets overwhelmed with phone calls

Columbia Pain Management is new to me as a clinic, but Dr. Vishal Khemlani is not. I have seen him many times over the last few years for injection in my back to relieve nerve damage pain. The new clinic offers a relaxing environment with extremely professional and knowable people. The staff, nurses, and doctors all do their utmost to insure you are well recieved and cared for while at the clinc and after you leave. I truly believe Dr. Khemlani takes my health and wellbeing to heart. Thank you to everyone at Columbia Pain Management for a wonderful experience yesterday.
