Made an appointment for an estimate 2 weeks ago. On the day of the appointment I called to verify. I was told there was no appointment scheduled for the day. I take notes and I recounted who I spoke to, who would come and the date. That jogged the owners memory. He told me they had actually cancelled all outstanding appointments because they were unable to take on more work for another two months and that they sent out voice mails.
Thats fine, I get overbooking to make sure they have a steady stream of work, but there was no call, no voicemail, no email. Im sure they do quality work,
