Update on Review - May 27, 2021:
An additional three months have gone by since my initial review of our experience with Holiday Kitchens. It's hard to believe this experience could have digressed even further, although indeed it has. While the cabinets themselves have since been delivered, roughly half of them were the incorrect size. Some of the incorrect cabinets our contractor was able to cut down to the correct size, and others we are still waiting for Holiday Kitchens to replace with the correct product. They simply aren't able to account for one component - a door and trim to a built-in

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order from this place. It took me 5 months to get my cabinets. We would have to call 39 times before someone would answer then they would lie to us @ where the cabinets were. We finally got them and its been one disaster after another. Cabinets are damaged and broken. Missing pieces and incorrect sizing. The frame for the double ovens is too big and best of all our risers are different colors than put cabinets. The company is refusing to fix the issues or compensate us.(filing a complaint in court) The cabinets were so messed up it cost us double in

BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from Holiday Kitchens (Mastercraft Industries). Ordered cabinets with departure week of 3/15. Contractor received an email of delay and cabinets would be shipped 4/4. Contractor received email on 4/2 that another delay and cabinets would ship week of 4/11. Now its 4/20 and cabinets have not shipped and they wont provide a departure date to my contractor. Not sure how a company like this can stay in business by lying to contractors who then pass that information to clients. I have been working with a lumber company to remodel my kitchen. We have purchased cupboards from this company. I am taking the time to let you know that I have never been so disappointed in a product. First of all, I understand the slowdown because of the pandemic. However, the quality and quality control from your company has been so discouraging. The paint job is so bad that most doors are having to be reordered. Some doors have disfigurements in them. There have been chips in the paint on some cupboards that we are going to have to just live with rather than have all cupboards replaced. Several

I placed an order for kitchen cabinets in late October and was told they would be delivered the week of December 21st. Today is February 11th and I am STILL WAITING for my cabinets. My dealer has called several times and been told several different stories. They have been delayed 3 times and are 7 WEEKS LATE. Holiday Kitchens is unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely uninterested in honoring their promises. My dealer can't get a straight answer out of them as to when I will receive the thousands of dollars in cabinets that i paid for 5 months ago! I was sympathetic and patient due to the

My wife and I ordered our cabinets through a Holiday Dealer that has been doing business with them for over 17 years. We ordered our cabinets at the end of September and were told our production would be completed and shipped the week of 11/14. It is now 12/14 they have yet to ship and now delayed 4 times. Our dealer is not getting any response from their management and customer service cannot provide any meaningful updates. We have attempted reaching out multiple times to Holiday Kitchens ourselves with no actual assurance our concerns are being heard or dealt with. They took our order and money
