A husband and wife duo have been dreaming up the concept behind an Indian Pizzeria for several years. Growing up with eating traditional Indian food at home, while going out with family and friends for Pizza as a staple comfort food, got them thinking of how to merge the two to define a new category.

Was not a fan of this place. I so wanted to like it after reading the reviews. I got the gunpowder chicken. The chicken was not fresh or hot. But the flavor of the peanut and coconut was simply amazing!!
I ordered for pick-up. My order was not supposed to be done until 8:45. I got there at 8:39.
I also purchased a small create your own pizza. Not a fan. I received corn on my pizza, an ingredient I did not order as an add on.

I have to give credit where it is due. I received a call from the owner to rectify the issue from the night before! Because of the excellent customer service gesture

This is fourth time we ordered a pizza from here but the first time for dine in.
Super friendly place for vegetarians and vegans.
Ordered a Andhra achari with cauliflower, Bombay butter masala with paneer and chaat fries.
Chat fries were OK, would have appreciated more of those were fries and not the waffles as I have eaten masala fries and those are awesome.
Here is my rating for both pizzas and overall experience:

Terrific food. My son has never had Indian food before. What a great intro to some new and delicious flavors for him! We had the Gunpowder chicken wings and Tijka Masala pizza. Both were fantastic. He didn't talk to me until we were done, and only to say: let's come back soon. Great service. Delicious food. Can't wait to try more of the menu!
PS - I also want a hat or a shirt: BPK art is very cool - would make awesome swag!

I love Indian curries and have had curries from pretty much all over United states. Saw this place visiting some family and was blown away by the overall experience. Self pouring tap system was a huge bonus. The pizzas we ordered were absolutely top notch, very unique in the crust was perfect! The butter masala chicken pizza was devoured by my family! Super friendly people, can't wait to go back there again. Completely inspired to do something like this at home now! Cheers

We came here for Diwali, and I had high hopes due to the reviews; however, I will not be back! I can make indian pizzas way better than this place (of course not at their volume) but I do not like to waste calories and money if it's not worth it. We ordered small bites and pizza at the counter; however, the small bites came out after the pizza. We got the paneer butter masala pizza, calcutta chili pizza with cauliflower, and andra achari pizza with paneer. They were all a little too cheesy and for ordering the same size for all the thickness of the pizza crust is that it's different.

We ordered their Chaat Fries, Bombay Rolls and their Chicken Tikka Curry Bowl. The curry bowl had cauliflower rice for keto friendly diet.
The rolls were AMAZING, they came freshly baked and hot and so were the chaat fries.
Also the customer service was really nice as well.
Just an overall ambient place.

Delicious flavours with a wide selection of Indian-American fusion pizzas. we ordered delhi tikka chicken masala, butter chicken, and hawaiian pizza. Really enjoyed the chicken masala one as i personally like having veggies on my pizza and it was filled with a lot of flavours. as for the hawaiian, it was a pretty typical pizza with a yummy crust. and the butter chicken is always a top pick but i personally found them a little spicy. would recommend anyone who enjoys modern indian pizzas!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. I loved the pizza here, they have so many options and it was SO difficult to choose. We ordered 2 pizzas
Calcutta Chili - Paneer - Mind-blowing!!! Loved this pizza, very delicious. It was sweet and hot. Perfect size of toppings and you can eat it without any condiments
Classic Pizza - Veggie Lovers - It was tasty but compared to Calcutta chili it was ok, Topped with many items, and toppings were cut so small, I liked it very much!!
Next time I will try some chat items and bowl. Definitely coming back!!

When I saw the pictures of food on Google and yelp, I was like wow.. but when I went there I had totally different experience. In short I would nor come here again. Here are my ratings :

Cleanliness - 9/10
Music - 7/10

Chat fries : 1/10 - fries becomes saugy right away and then it is taste less.
Tangy Bhel: 4/10. Best for kids but it was taste less for me.

Cheese pizza : 4/10 Very little cheese on pizza and over cooked. My kids said the dominoz puts more cheese than this.

We ordered a veggie Panner Tikka masala pizza. There is lot of thought going in to make the food flavorful. We also tried the chat with waffle fries and it was unique. The ambiance is great and they have a small patio seating area that fits in so well. Do mention to them about the spice level if you need it mild. I highly recommend this place!

Great concept and nearly perfect execution too I’d say.
We had the small sized Bombay butter pizza with paneer and curried vegetables and the small sized Delhi Tikka masala pizza with paneer, mushrooms and pineapple.
We also ordered the chat fries and the mango lassi.
We loved all that we ordered.
All in all it’s a lot of food for two people but we took home half each of the two pizzas and delightfully gobbled it up the next day.
Only comment would be: the paneer could be better marinated. Seemed a little dry too.

We have ordered from here a few times. I think the idea is great combining indian flavor with pizza.
However, if you are comparing these flavor to the actual Indian dishes they are named by they definitely miss the mark. Perhaps a better way of thinking of it would be to say the flavor are "inspired by"....
Stand-alone the pizzas are still good and we have and do continue to order from here.
The price is kind of high.

Bombay Pizza Kitchen is tasty, fun, innovative, and has a great outdoor patio! You MUST give it a try if you haven't already. This restaurant would be great for a date night, family night, or just a night out with friends.
We ordered the Bombay Butter Masala pizza and the Kerala Coconut pizza, a mango lassi, and the s'mores lava cake (the cake was the only thing not photographed as we ate it too quickly). The Bombay Butter Masala was the best pizza I've had in a long time.

Their chat fries are just perfect! It gives the real taste of Indian street food, yet dressed in little american style! Cant get better. As said by someone on previous review, please do yourself a favor and try their chat fries.
Wings and pizzas are good and flavorful. Little on milder side but tasty. They do have some curry bowls which I didnt tried yet but hoping it to be good as well. Overall a Vibrant and decent place with fresh decor and reasonable price.

Bombay is definitely a place we'd stop back! Although we expected more of a sit-down restaurant with the beer taps (when covid isn't in play), we still loved the food. The waffle fries are a great app to share, and the gunpowder wings pack a nice punch! The Delhi Tikka Masala is also a must-order. We got it with the tandoori chicken & it was packed with flavor. We shared all 3 dishes amongst 4 people with pizza to spare. And leftovers were just as amazing!

I ordered this for pickup/ take out last week, thought it would be nice to have a special lunch with my coworker. I was wrong.
We ordered wings, and an entree. I cant remember the name of the entree but it was a curry noodle dish. When I picked it up, the employees could not figure out how to split our check and refused to do so. It was just the two of us.
The food was awful. The wings tasted and felt like they had been sitting out for days, and prepared WELL in advance and had only been reheated, they were not fresh.

Finally got around to ordering takeout from this new business! I am always up for Indian pizza and was thrilled to see a place serving it in the Twin Cities. I also love that they have some really interesting indian-fusion appetizers. We had our eyes on the Chaat Waffle Fries...whoever thought of this is a genius!! The flavors were spot on-- the only issue was that since we did takeout, they were kind of soggy by the time we got around to enjoying them. Can't wait to try them fresh once the pandemic is under control. We also tried the Delhi Pizza and the Calcutta Chili pizza. Both were okay

We tried this restaurant for takeout with the expectation that the food will be very different. The Bombay Chaat Fries were really good, I would get those again. Mine was missing the pomegranate though. The Curry Noodles were terrible and looked nothing like the online pictures. Pretty spicy and noodles were a mess. The Kerala Coconut pizza was good, but I realized that the flavors were very similar with my other items. My advice: switch it up what you order or else you are just gonna have everything taste the same.

Holy yum! Delicious Indian fusion food..ordered food to-go so the fries were a bit soggy by the time I got home (drove about 30 minutes to get it), but still so so worth it. Next time, I will certainly be dining it so I can eat it while it's hot. My partner and I ordered a pizza, shrimp curry bowl, and fries appetizer. So delicious.

It's a new place that has opened that offers desi meals that is different from your standard biryani / chicken karahi offering restaurant. It has an interesting menu and we tried several and were over all quite pleased.

Had the opportunity to try this place at the preview night and I was blown away!
I am South Asian myself and am familiar with the flavors in the culture so was excited to try this place out! The food is endless, from pizzas (butter chicken pizza , pav bhaji pizza, Calcutta chilli, palak lamb, paneer pizza, and more!) The pizzas were perfect flavors and masalas and spice level. I just went to the preview night for this restaurant and I'm very impressed with not only the beautiful modern space but also the execution of the food. I truly believe that the chef did an amazing job creating flavors that are authentic to traditional Indian Cuisine. And as a South Asian myself, authentic Indian is hard to come by when it comes to modern fusion restaurants. I literally felt like I was eating my mom's cooking in the form of pizza and fries. It's crazy!

I am not a huge fan of “fusion” food in general, but the food at Bombay Pizza Kitchen was simply AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and stop by or pick up an order of fries and some amazing pizzas. The flavors were perfect and the by-the-ounce beer was a great way to pair a brew with the pizzas. Will definitely be back to try more on the menu.
