In 2011 PersNIKKIty's Cafe & Bakery began with a limited menu featuring freshly baked pastries, great coffee and a few gourmet salads and sandwiches. As our guests requested more items, and as we delivered, our menu evolved to include the extraordinary variety of fresh, wholesome, irresistible foods you know today.
At PersNIKKIty's, we are passionate about all we do - especially the food we create and serve to our guests. We know that everyone has their own nutritional wants and needs, so we offer more healthy food options, and with all dishes prepared to order, special requests are welcomed. With that being said, we also offer Certified Angus Beef Burgers that are hand-pressed in house and made with unique sauces and scrumptious toppings.

My husband and I opened PersNIKKIty's in 2011, because we wanted to use both my experience as a savory chef and my love for the "sweeter" things in life. I began working in restaurants at 14 years old and quickly learned that this is where my passion was, cooking and hospitality. I graduated from Blue Ridge High School in 2003 and headed straight for New York to follow my dreams.
