CHCSI is a federally qualified health center that provides primary, preventive health care services to those living in southern Iowa and northern Missouri. CHCSI provides comprehensive medical, behavioral, dental, substance abuse, vision, mammography, a in-house pharmacy and offers a sliding fee program to assist those who qualify.

Waiting to see if my review goes up AFTER my daughter sees Dr. Hopper. First appointment she didn’t even get to see Dr because he went home sick. This appointment the “receptionist” forgot to check her in so she’s been waiting for an hour in the waiting room because someone doesn’t know how to do their job! Only reason I sent my daughter there was because of Dr. Hopper so I hope he’s better than the staff.

The Staff at the Lamoni location are Friendly, Helpful & Totally Awesome!!! If you’re stressed & need someone to help you “de-stress” in this very stressful time, I Highly Recommend Evelyn Conrad!! She has helped me tremendously in just a short time & is trained in EMDR! In my opinion everyone needs someone to talk to so you’re not hard on your family!

Guy was very impatient and disrespectful, told my husband to tell him if i felt anything to let him know and i did and he got mad saying he can just go somewhere else while he was in the middle of a root canal, he wasnt moving or freaking out he just wasnt numb yet, then after getting the root canal he noticed the tooth below it was contacting it before anything else did so he couldnt chew. The he went back and the guy was getting upset like he was getting disrespected or something because my husband told him it wasnt right so he adjusted the shape of the crown and it still wasnt right but to avoid

I've been going here since I was little. I came in to figure out why I hadn't gotten my period for a while. They did do a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Which I already knew. The urine test was all they did and she talked to me about Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. By talked I mean asked me if I knew anything about it to which I replied no. She then was telling me I needed to lose 20 lbs and maybe my period would start. And if it didn't come by mid December then to come back. But I'm having hopes it's just the doctor and I'll go back one more time making another appointment with a different
