What is the minimum age requirement for escape rooms?
Our rooms are designed for ages 8+. Children under 8 require management approval. Players 17 and under need adult supervision within the room.
Are your escape rooms wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we offer wheelchair-accessible rooms with staff trained to accommodate mobility aids while maintaining full participation opportunities for all players.
How many players can participate in one game?
Rooms accommodate 2-8 players. Larger groups can book multiple rooms or arrange special sessions for up to 64 participants with our Tohua Island experience.
What happens if we need to cancel our booking?
Cancellations receive refunds minus a $10 fee. We recommend booking flexible dates as changes are easier to accommodate than cancellations.
Do you offer group discounts for large parties?
Escape rooms are private experiences with fixed pricing. We don't offer group rates but can customize packages for corporate events or multiple-room bookings.
How often do you change your escape room themes?
Our themed rooms rotate every 9-10 months, featuring completely new puzzles and storylines while maintaining consistent quality and difficulty levels.

First time in an "escape room ". Had a blast with 4 of us. 2 story room ~ unexpected! Covid-19 protocol, very professional staff, but fun at the same time. Will return in future.

Fun escape room. They are pretty complicated to get through. The setup took longer than most escape rooms I've been too but we had a good time.

We enjoyed our time at Mystery, NH. In comparison to other escape rooms, this one doesn't have a ton of props. It had a lot of locks but I think it needs more when the room accommodates 6 people. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

We went to Mystery NH escape rooms and were sorely disappointed. We have been to many rooms in the New England area. The room we chose was the saloon sadly we wasted over 15min because a very necessary prop was missing which included instructions on how to perform the next step. We understand mistakes. However, when we spoke to the owner about it she took no responsibility for it. She claimed the missing piece from the room was not a critical piece of information. This was dishonest and bad for business. We had planned to return with friends of ours because we always do all the rooms

Staff were very cool. The Reel Prize room was very, very well done. We only had two in our crew but had a lot of cumulative experience and we still needed some hints to escape. Part of the Maine Escape Trail so make sure you get ya stamps

5 well deserved stars! We LOVE escape rooms, and are a little picky on where we play. We stumbled across this little gem on our way to a movie and after seeing some pretty great reviews, decided to give it a try! We played a Reel prize(cinema themed) and had a BLAST, so much fun in fact we came back an hour later and played High noon at the saloon also a blast. The rooms are extremely detailed and well organized. The staff and owner were awesome to chat with and be around. Definitely check them out, they did not disappoint!!
