Sparacia Witherell Family Winery & Vineyards is located in western Florida.
In the historic city of Brooksville. Our winery & vineyards are located on one of the highest elevations in the State of Florida at 275 feet above sea level. We enjoy sultry breezes off the Gulf of Mexico; where we grow native Muscadine (Vitis Rotundifolia) and Hybrid varieties of wine grapes. We are a joint collaboration between the Sparacia and Witherell families, united by a love for wine and giving to the community.

As first and second generation Italians growing up in Brooklyn, NY, our family all lived within a five city block area. We spent holidays, birthdays, and every Sunday together. After years of our brothers and sisters pursuing their lives, careers, and raising their own families, we have all come together and planted a vineyard and are building a winery in Florida!
