Centre Elite Gymnastics (CEG) is home to a USA Gymnastics competitive girls team - Levels 3 through Level 10 and Xcel and a USA Gymnastics competitive boys team - Levels 4 through Level 10. CEG believes in well-rounded gymnastics instruction that includes dance and strength training as a regular part of practice.

Centre Elite Gymnastics is excited to offer online registration for the 2021 School Year Classes! Please note that these schedules are tentative and may change occasionally to better serve our families - so check back once in a while to see if any classes have been added or changed. If you can not find the class you desire in the time that works with your schedule, please send us a note and let us know!

We look forward to teaching you and your children all about gymnastics and tumbling and about staying fit with Les Mills Adult Fitness! Gymnastics instruction and body awareness development for pre-school age children. 45 minute instructed classes, parents are strongly encouraged to stay and watch from viewing area.
ToddlerTime

ToddlerTime is an opportunity to participate and learn with your young child, ages 10 months through 3 years, in an interactive and fun gymnastics setting. During this instructed class, you and your child will take part in exercises designed to teach coordination, large and small motor skills, simple stretching and strength development through the use of basic gymnastics skills.

Join us Sundays from 6:00pm-8:00pm for our BRAND NEW ADULT GYMNASTICS CLASS in our BRAND NEW FACILITY! This 120 minute class is designed to allow some freedom in the hectic adult life! Come when you can- we are always happy to see you and look forward to sharing our love and knowledge of the sport that has meant so much to so many of us!
