It was a rather slow process setting up the installation, after complying with all of the requirements before coming out; i.e., paying in full, choosing the glass before they would even set up an appointment, a few calls not returned.A phone call to the sales manager started things moving quickly. I spoke to the sales manager on Friday at 5:00, he told me he would have installation call me Monday morning.
