I first experienced back problems when I was a young teenager playing football. I remember being bent backwards with a sharp jolt of pain into my legs. My next experience was when I was a 19 year old playing college football at Moorhead State University. We were lifting weights when I twisted wrong and felt another sharp pain in my low back and into my left leg.
