Montessori educators are known as "Guides". Montessori Guides are educated in Montessori philosophy and methodology and have demonstrated the ability, dedication, enthusiasm, and compassion to put the Montessori Method into practice. Guides provide an organized, nurturing environment that creates social independence, focus, and calm, as well as, opportunities for cooperative learning, peer teaching, and emotional development.

Using Montessori-designed materials, activities, and experiences, Montessori ONE Academy's trained Guides foster physical, intellectual, creative, social, emotional, and spiritual development of each child by working with the individual at his or her own pace. Preschool
Report
Montessori ONE's Toddler program works with children ages 18 months through three years. Guides demonstrate Montessori fundamentals that will prepare Toddlers for a successful Montessori education. Montessori's Universal Values, Freedom Within Limits, Prepared Environment, Practical Life, and curriculum "Works" are introduced.
The Curriculum
Report
The Montessori curriculum seeks to promote a global perspective. It takes an integrated, thematic approach that ties the separate disciplines together into studies of the physical universe, the world of nature, and the human experience. In this way, one lesson leads to many others. Montessori Methodology provides hands-on materials to clearly demonstrate abstract concepts in a concrete manner, so children become confident in their understanding.
