Dr. Gordon Elder was introduced to the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Technique as a child when he and his mother received help from a Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractor after they were both in a car accident. The Blair Technique once again changed Dr. Elder's life after he fell in love and married his Norwegian wife Ruth who was almost crippled by pain and chronic illness growing up.

Your spine will be briefly examined to find out whether or not you have any vertebrae out of alignment that are causing nerve pressure. You will receive recommendations from the Doctor based on the findings. One 25-30 minute appointment. It is keeping the spine in alignment that brings healing, not the adjustment itself.
