Restoration Counseling helped me get my heart back. I began to see parts of myself and my life that I hadn't understood before, and places I was able to change that hindered me relationally and even spiritually. Whether through major trauma or the mere monotony of life, our hearts become burdened with anxieties and worries, frustrations and fears. Life doesn't seem to go the way we had hoped it would.
