Established in 1986, our therapists have experience with the adult, youth and young children/infant populations.

Barbara received her master's degree from the University of Northern Colorado-Greeley. She also completed a post graduate fellowship at Denver VA Medical Center with an emphasis in stroke, TBI, swallowing disorders and head and neck cancer. She established STA in 1986 to serve the needs of Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
