Customer service is almost non existent. Hold times to speak to someone are ridiculous and the wait times and frustration they bring could be compared to those with Comcast! Used to be a great place to do banking. Now, we are looking at other options

I have had two car loans with SRP in the last few years. I decided recently that I should consider moving my accounts from Wells Fargo to SRP since Ive had nothing but a great experience. SRP has always given me great service when handling my car loans and I was not disappointed when I went in this week to move my accounts over. SRP allowed me to open my accounts online which made the experience very simple. I went into the bank this week after scheduling an appointment online and the assistant manager of the Edgefield Rd branch assisted me. I was blown away with how she was able to print me

Made an appointment at this branch to refinance my auto loan at 5pm. Figured I should have enough time to do what I needed to do before they close at 6. It was close to 5:45 before anyone was able to assist me. Which may not have been a problem if they were slammed but they werent. I had been the only customer there waiting for loan services when I arrived within that hour. There were only 2 loan officers - 1 was already assisting a customer in her office and the other was sitting in her office gossiping with a friend. In fact- once her employee let her know what I was there for she said okay

Do not bank here if you have a business. They take away features and do not like to help there customers. If you like fee's and not help, then this is the bank for you.

I have a small business which I do on my account as a DBS as a sole proprietor, I applied for the PPP loan , it came in to SRP and they sent it back . I was told by the employee that as of April 28th. That all accounts that didnt have a business name had to be returned. The check had Mary Roberts on it and my account had Mary Roberts on it. They should have not returned my check because the Cares act states see attached photo . They reached out to gig workers and anybody that had a hustle
