Dr. Hsing was born in Norman, Oklahoma, and grew up in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering degree and then an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. After working as a Mechanical Engineer in the aerospace and automotive field, he changed careers and completed Medical School at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
