Lots of back and forth with the staff. Do not recommend as the staff here doesnt understand communication with the others and they will say one thing and the other will say sorry thats not true. Keep charging up our bill and will find ANY reason to charge you when its not your fault. Has roaches and will text you disrespectful things. There were nails sticking out of our porch outside. The door was already broken but now we have to pay for the damages prior. Had to move out of our apartment to one that smelt like cigarettes last minute due to them working downstairs and they pushed

We had a leak about 1 1/2-2 months ago. It was fixed after about two weeks. Now I have called them once every week to get our water damage and the hole in our ceiling fixed. Bugs are coming in from the ceiling. The office lady is very rude and always tell me we cant get to you yet or Ill call you when were ready. Our carpet is stinky and stained from the leak as well and nothing has been done. I dont think they plan on doing anything till we leave and its sad, we just got here.

If I could leave no stars I would. My boyfriend apartment has been without AC for over a week now. 99 degrees today and only going to get hotter. Apartment is currently 86 degrees. Management has done nothing unless we call the emergency number to complain, therefore they send someone. Been told portable acs/ fans will be brought and have received nothing. 10/10 dont recommend this non updated and professional complex.

Deceptive. Before leaving Florida, called and confirmed on multiple occasions, before signing our lease, that the apartment is renovated with hardwood floors. - it was not. 'Kelsie' was extremely rude, unprofessional, and would not take responsibility for the all the lies we were told. She was unhelpful and refused to allow us to speak with management. Never in my 10+ years of renting have I experience such a deplorable experience with a leasing office, guess there's a first time for everything. Welcome to TX.

Worst customer service ever. Ashley Steele the district manager doesn't care about any of her tenants she just wants to get the open apartments filled so she can start getting that money. This the reason for the 0$ deposit. Once you get moved in they won't care about you and will not care to fix any of your things unless it's convenient to them. We had damages from a water leak in November that lasted 3 days with constant leaking that still have not been completely fixed.

LOVE THIS COMPLEX!!! They made moving and signing the lease so effortlessly. We were approved the very next day. They were so kind when showing us the apartment and answering all my questions! Both ladies at the front are very kind! The laundry facilities are great and updated, the two pools are conveniently located along with the basketball courts, and they just put in a new grill. All of our neighbors are so nice and friendly!!! They really try to make the complex feel like a small community!!5 Stars all around!!
